Our Team

Principal Mark Richards was a successful agent with a captive agency for 13 years before starting Insurance Alternatives.  He and his team will partner with you to understand your needs and design coverage that protects you from risk at a price that makes sense for you. 

Principal Terry Neyland runs the business operations.  She has an M.B.A. in business management, and is licensed as an attorney in Colorado and Mississippi.

Principal Charles Kerr serves our commercial clients, with extensive experience in business planning and financial planning.
